Apollo Companion is owned and operated by Apollo Phoenix Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company founded by Marco Flores Melchor. By using Apollo Companion, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Apollo Companion, including its web application, AI assistant (Apollo Chat), Vehicle Brain systems, research and decision-intelligence features, Parts Hub, 3D vehicle visualization, Community social platform, builder profiles, parts price tracking, and all related software, content, and services (the "Service").
The Service is currently in public beta. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. Beta participants should also read the Beta Terms of Service, which govern specific beta-period obligations including confidentiality and feedback.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are capable of entering a binding agreement. Users under 13 are not permitted under any circumstances.
You sign in with an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately at apollocompanionsupport@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree to use the Service only for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. Our full Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated by reference. You may not:
The Service uses AI to generate responses, recommendations, research syntheses, price estimates, and other content. AI output can be wrong. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated. It is informational only and not verified by Apollo Phoenix Ventures LLC. You must independently verify any AI output before relying on it, particularly before spending money or modifying a vehicle. AI output is not a substitute for professional inspection by a qualified mechanic or technician.
All vehicle decisions are solely your responsibility. Vehicle modifications can affect safety, emissions compliance, insurance, and warranty. The Service does not verify fitment, compatibility, legality, or safety for your specific vehicle or jurisdiction. Apollo Phoenix Ventures LLC has no liability for damage to vehicles, property, persons, or finances arising from decisions informed by the Service.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Apollo Phoenix Ventures LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content to operate the Service. This license ends when you delete your content. See our UGC Content License Policy and Community Guidelines for full terms.
The Service — including source code, Apollo Chat, branding, UI/UX systems, Vehicle Brain systems, and all proprietary materials — is owned by Apollo Phoenix Ventures LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal purposes while these Terms are in effect. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Apollo Companion uses certain open-source components; see our Open Source Notices for attribution and license terms.
Apollo Companion™ is a trademark of Apollo Phoenix Ventures LLC with a pending application on the Principal Register of the USPTO. You may not use the Apollo Companion name, logo, or marks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by Apollo Phoenix Ventures LLC without prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APOLLO PHOENIX VENTURES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) APOLLO PHOENIX VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, VEHICLE DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY; AND (B) TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED US $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apollo Phoenix Ventures LLC and Marco Flores Melchor from claims arising from your use of the Service, your vehicle decisions, or your violation of these Terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION RELATING TO THE SERVICE. DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, or the breach thereof, shall be determined by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of arbitration shall be the State of Texas. Disputes that qualify for small claims court may be brought there instead. You waive any right to participate in a class action — disputes must be brought individually.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 6–13 survive termination.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
Apollo Companion is governed by a suite of policies and bilateral agreements. In the event of a conflict between documents, the following order of precedence applies (highest to lowest):
Where a specific policy or agreement addresses a subject in greater detail, it governs for that subject without contradiction of these Terms.
